Federal Way Basement

Currently in permitting design phase, scheduled to start construction in 2025.   This existing Federal Way home has a very tall existing crawlspace area that we are converting into a 650 SF basement.   As part of this basement renovation, we are adding a connecting stair to the existing living room & custom built ins and cabinetry throughout.  All images and Plans completed by CREX.
