As a Site Laborer for CREX you will contribute to building amazing things with direction from the Company Owner, Foreman or Superintendent.

• Must willing and able to lift, carry materials and safely operate power tools
• Must be able to listen, take directions, and learn.
• Must have a basic understanding of construction materials and tools.
• Paid Sick Time.  Paid time off & holidays after 6 months and showing commitment and care for your job and your assigned tasks.

• Minimum 1 to 4 years experience
• $19.25 to $26.50 per hour depending on skills and experience

As a Carpenter / Foreman for CREX you will assist the Company Owner in leading residential construction and renovation projects on budget and on time.

• Must have an understanding of Residential Construction systems, methods and materials.
• Must be able and willing to perform physical labor, install materials and operate power saws, nail guns, drills and other power tools safely and accurately. 
• Must be self motivated and able to take directions / instructions, then perform work independently or with a team.
• Must take accountability and pride in the success or failures of projects they are working on.
• Will occasionally direct subcontractors and site labor.
• Minimum 3 to 7 years experience
• Paid Sick Time.  Paid holidays and time off after 3 to 6 months and showing commitment and dedication to your assigned work and projects.
• $24.00 to $38.50 per hour depending on skills, knowledge, and experience

Coming 2025 we will be looking to hire a PM / Superintendent position as we take on more projects in our pipeline.
